Corporative Laws	Refining of the Law of Ukraine On Joint Stock Companies in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine working group. The Law has been adopted by the Supreme Rada of Ukraine and is currently in force.	2007-2008
Operation of Ukraine's Natural Gas TransportationSystem	Acting as legal advisers of the Ukrainian party in the EU - Ukraine joint working group of experts for the operation system reforming development of Ukraine's natural gas transportation system. The working group was built based on the results of the EU - Ukraine Summit, which took place in Yalta in September 2001 (INOGATE Reforming of Ukraine's Natural Gas Transportation System Project of the European Union).	2003
	Acting as a legal consultant of the Ukrainian party in the joint project of Ukraine and Russia for development of conceptual models of the international consortium operation to manage and develop Ukraine's natural gas transportation system.	2003
	Implementation concept development of public-and-private partnership relations in Ukraine's natural gas distribution industry sector. Surveying of Ukraine's pricing policy of natural gas delivery and transportation with the distribution network to link the current system of pricing with the plans to attract long-tem investments into Ukraine's natural gas distribution industry sector. Development of a concept to reform the pricing system in the natural gas distribution sector.	2008-2009
Public-and-Private Partnership Laws	Acting as legal advisers in a working group of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Business Committee for the project Development of Law on Public-and-Private Partnership: analyzing of the effective regulatory environment to implement РРР; analyzing of projects operation in РРР field to identify regulatory obstacles for their successful implementation; preparation of the law concept on РРР and amendments of other legal acts, which are required to ensure conditions to implement РРР projects; preparation of the projected law wording. The law had been submitted to the Supreme Rada and passed the first hearing. The second hearing will take place shortly. The project was executed in partnership with the Efficient Management Fund.	2009-2010
Self-regulation Laws	Acting as legal advisers in a working group of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Business Committee for the project Development of Law on Self-regulating Organizations: the law concept preparation; preparation of the law full wording. The project was executed in partnership with the Efficient Management Fund. The law is being prepared to be submitted to the Supreme Rada of Ukraine.	2009-2010
Licensing Laws	Acting as legal advisers in a working group of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Business Committee for the project Reduction of Licensable Business Activities: joint development of recommendations with other participants of the project; preparation of the law wording. The project was executed in partnership with the Efficient Management Fund. The law is being prepared to be submitted to the Supreme Rada of Ukraine.	2009-2010
Bankruptcy Laws	Acting as legal advisers in a working group organized by the Efficient Management Fund for the project Modernization of Solvency Reestablishing and Bankruptcy Laws: preparation of the law concept; preparation of separate sections of the law.
