Labor Law

Our experience in the area of labor law has been gained for many years based on counseling of clients from different branches of economy, state, municipal and private companies established with national and foreign capital. 

We are familiar with problems of employers with objectives of reorganizing companies, reduction of number of employees or staff, removing an employee, employment of foreign citizens. Our lawyers’ experience will ensure that the objectives are met at reasonably lowest financial and labor costs.
Our counseling is intended to prevent occurrence of problems and conflicts in labor relations. We help our clients to develop a system of internal regulations and job descriptions for the company, ensuring the risks reduction of labor dispute occurrences.
The Company’s lawyers possess a comprehensive experience in representing of parties’ interests during settlement of labor disputes. In many cases we help our clients and their counterparties find a balance between the demands of the dispute and resolve the dispute with a voluntary settlement.
